AB The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of teaching mathematics using the model of Generative learning in the development of academic achievement and the skills of mathematical communication of the fourth-grade students in Riyadh. The research sample consist of (60) of fourth grade students in Riyadh in the academic year 1437-1438 They were chosen by the random, clustered multi-stage method; (30) students represents the experimental group and studied the unit called "measurement" using the conductive learning strategy while the other (30) students studied using the usual method, The research tool was applied and its validity and stability were verified. It is a test for measuring the academic achievement according to TIMSS level (Knowledge, application, reasoning) and another test for measuring the mathematical communication. The research finding showed that There is a statistically significant difference between mean scores of the Experimental group Students and that of the Control group students on the Achievement Test (Knowledge, application, reasoning) & mathematical communication skills test (reading-writing-representation) in favoring the experimental group students. The research concluded by offering a group of recommendation and Suggestion that related with utilizing Generative learning Model in the environment of Learning.
