A1 علي، رياض حسين. AB The research aims to know the effect of the use of concept maps in the Achievement of the fifth grade students in the subject of literary Arabic grammar in secondary school. The researcher was coined following null hypothesis: No statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying Arabic grammar using concept maps and the average degrees of control group students who are studying Arabic grammar in the traditional method in the Achievement of concepts. To investigate objective of this research chose researcher demined experimentally with control part (experimental group and a control group) and a test Uday. Chose researcher secondary school of Ali Ibn Abi Talib for Boys in the center of Muqdadiya / Diyala province to conduct the experiment, and it includes tow divisions for fifth grade literary, and chose researcher Division (a) to represent the experimental group taught the Arabic grammar concept maps and Division (b) represent the control group, which is considering Arabic grammar in the traditional method , and the number of students in the sample (64) students by (32) for each of the two groups . Was conducted parity between students of the two sets of search variables (degrees Arabic for the previous year fourth literary 2010-2011 and chronological age students measured in months and educational attainment of the parents). The researcher taught students two groups of search himself relying content subject, which included (4) Topics of Arabic grammar book scheduled to be taught fifth grade a literary (case – Excellence- adjective- kindness) for the academic year 2011-2012 . The researcher preparing lesson plans for subjects experience in accordance with the concept maps and traditional method (inductive method) and coined the behavioral objectives. The experiment lasted (6) weeks. Promising researcher test Theselaa be from (30) paragraph of multiple choice type has been characterized by honesty and firmness after presentation to a group of experts and specialists and account stability reapply the test, as well as an account (difficulty coefficient, the power of excellence, effective alternatives wrong). The researcher used statistical methods (T.test, Chi square, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Coefficient difficulty paragraph, and the strength of Excellence paragraph and effective alternatives) in the analysis of the results has earned researcher that there is a difference statistically significant between the average scores students the experimental group who are studying Arabic grammar using maps concepts and the average degrees of control group students who are studying Arabic grammar in the traditional method in the Achievement of concepts at (0.05) . Favor of the experimental group in the Achievement of the concepts . The researcher recommended that the use of concept maps in teaching fifth grade literary , and suggested conducting similar studies for this study in other branches or other stages of study or deal with other variables.
