A2 رشيد، رغد شكيب AB This research aims to: 1-knowing the level of teaching quality of thinking in the colleges of education. 2-knowing the differences in teaching quality of in education colleges, according to the specialization variable of (scientific & humanities). To achieve the research aims the veseare hers has a scale of teaching quality of thinking and has exposed it on a group of jouri in educational & psychological sciences to make sure of the validity of the items, the jouriy has agreed on them by 80% percentage. The researchers got the construct validity by the discrimination of the items, while the reliabity of the scale was (0,82) by test- retest method. The sample consists of (200 students of college education of women. The results of the research: - The level of the teaching quality of thinking was low. - There are differences in the teaching quality of thinking according to the specialization variable of (scientific & humanities) in the interest of humanity specialization according to the students point of view.
