A2 زيتون، عايش محمود AB This study aimed to investigate the elementary class students' acquisition of habits of the mind according to the global project 2061 in the fifth, seventh and ninth elementary classes and its relations to variables of class level, gender and achievement in school. The study sample is consisted of (1699) male and female students from fifth, seventh and ninth elementary class levels. Data of the study were obtained by way of using habits of the mind tests for all of the three classes according to the global project 2061. The credibility of data was established by using content credibility significance test. Validity coefficient of the data was established by applying them upon a pilot sample other than the study sample and applying them once more on the study sample after the elapse of two weeks. The first question was addressed by calculating means and standard deviations among the individuals of the study sample shown on tests of habits of the mind. The second question was addressed by calculating means and standard deviations among the individuals of the study sample shown on tests of habits of the mind and knowledge. If differences between means are of statistical difference, one way ANOVA analysis was used. In order to reveal the source of difference in the variable of class level, post comparisons were applied by using (Sheffe) method. The third questions were addressed by using (t) test on independent samples. The fourth questions were addressed by using one way ANOVA analysis, where the statistical treatments of the study's data revealed, The level of Elementary Class students' Acquisition of Habits of the mind was (45,2%),and the existence of statistically significant difference among class students for the sake of higher teaching classes: the ninth first, followed by the seventh and then the fifth. And The existence of statistically significant difference among class students for the sake of students of higher achievement as compared to their colleagues of lower achievement attributed to their class teaching level, and The existence of statistically significant difference among class students for the sake of female students of the fifth and the seventh, and for the sake of male students of the ninth elementary class.
