A2 المومني، حازم عيسى AB This study aimed at identifying the level of the educational quality in Jordanian universities from the perspective of academic leaders in the light of the university variables (state university, private university), specialization (scientific, humanist), and academic degree (professor, associate professor, assistant). This study was carried out on a sample consisted of (122) academic leaders from different academic positions i.e.,deans , vice deans and heads of academic departments in four Jordanian universities, two of them were state universities (Hashemite, Al AlBayt) and the others were private universities (Irbid National, Jadara). The questionnaire which designed by two researchers Consisted of 40 item that divided into eight dimensions (curriculum, evaluation, methods, teaching staff, Relations, services, graduated students, and scientific research).This study concluded that the level of educational quality came with a high degree with the average (3.51).Five of dimensions of the study came with high degree respectively; evaluation dimension, curriculum dimension, teaching staff dimension, relations dimension, and methods dimensions. Three of dimensions have middle level respectively; graduated students dimension, scientific research dimension, services dimension. There are no statistical differences between averages of estimates of the study sample on quality measuring attributed to variable university, or specialization or degree or bilateral interaction between them or trio of interaction between them. There are statistically significant differences in methods dimension for the sample of the study in (scientific Specialization) at state universities and in (humanist Specialization) at private universities.
