AB The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of web pages based program on in light of Marzano’s dimensions of learning model on developing some creative thinking skills and achievement among mathematics department students in Tabuk University. The sample of the study consisted of 40 fourth year students in mathematics department in University College of Umlooj at Tabuk University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The researcher prepared a list of creative thinking skills which included (fluency, flexibility, originality, and Elaboration). The tools of the study consisted of Turans’s test for creative thinking [image B] and mathematics’ achievement test). The researcher regulated achievement test statistically and applied pre-Turans’s test for creative thinking to the group of the study. Moreover, the researcher taught the instructional content by using the suggested program which is based on web pages in light of Marzano’s dimensions of learning model. According to teacher’s manual guide, the researcher applied tools of the study to the study group after teaching. The data was collected and statistically analyzed. The fndings of the study indicated that, • There is effectiveness of program based on web pages in light of Marzano’s dimensions of learning model on developing some creative thinking skills and achievement among mathematics department students in Tabuk (group of the study). • There is a positive, strong and statistically significant relationship between creative thinking skills and instruction achievement among mathematics department students (group of the study).
