AB The main purpose of the study is to use the planning and quality tools in solving administration problems in Higher education institutions on the case of the informational technology center for girls at one of the Saudi private universities. These tools are: the Brainstorming tool, Affinity Diagram, Cause and Effect Diagram, Interrelationship Diagraph, Tree Diagram, Prioritization Matrix, and Matrix Diagram. The goal is accomplished by many steps: Identifying the problems that cause the weakness of the services provided by the center, determining the causes of the problems, defining the relation between the causes to know the main cause, suggesting several solutions for the problems, prioritizing the solutions, and identifying the responsible people for the accomplishment of the solutions. A descriptive analysis methodology using the case study approach is used to achieve this goal. The main findings of the study are as follows: 1. There are several administrative problems related to work procedures, workers, policies and regulations, and equipment. 2.
