AB The present study aims to determine the parents and special education teachers' attitudes towards the role of e-learning and modern technologies to improve the educational level and some positive resistance variables for disabled children in terms of defining the role of eLearning in improving the educational level of children with special needs and support the positive resistance variables when they have identified with the role of the teacher in the use of e-learning to give people with special needs for effective learning skills and the impact of modern technology to modify teachers trends and parents toward education, modification of the child with special needs behavior, and whether there is a discrepancy between special education teachers and parents in the evaluation of e-learning programs and modern techniques according to each category of disability in the development of learning skills and support the resistance variables positive among people with special needs. The study results shows the presence of statistically significant differences between the students of special education and students of disciplines other in their attitudes towards the role of media technology and modern technology, to improve the level of education for children with special needs, and found significant differences at the level (0.01) between the teachers and the parents of the students. The teachers of the visual handicap and teachers auditory handicap towards the role of media technology and modern technology in support of positive resistance variables in children with special needs, and the existence of significant differences in between the teachers handicap trends visual and teachers difficulties by 0.01 and between teachers and teachers of the auditory handicap difficulties level of significance 0.099 over the effectiveness of teaching methods of modern technology with different specialization.
