A1 الرشيدي، شيخة بنت ثاري النفعي. AB The present research aimed to determine the academic requirements associated with the empowerment of women's leadership in Hail University. In addition, the research aimed to find out the differences among female faculty members in Hail University for the academic requirements associated with the empowerment of women's leadership in Hail University according to the variable of specialization, experience years and nationality. The sample of consists of (56) female faculty members at Hail University. The questionnaire was a tool for data gathering, data were treatment statically using means, standard divisions and independent samples “t” test and one way ANOVA.
