هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح رؤى استشرافية لتطوير منصة لقادة الفكر والخبراء والمختصين لتبادل المعرفة واستدامتها ومشاركة تجارب النجاح والاستفادة من خبرات الآخرين، من خلال تحليل شامل للأدبيات التربوية والبحوث والدراسات السابقة خلال العام الأكاديمي 2024/2025. ركزت الدراسة على تقديم خطوات عملية واضحة لتعزيز كفاءة ومهارات وقدرة القادة في الميدان لضمان استمرارية التميز وميزة تنافسية من خلال بناء منصة تجمع القادة وكبار المفكرين والمختصين والخبراء تجمعهم معا في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية المتسارعة، وما سيميز هذه الدراسة عن غيرها هو اعتمادها على المنهج التحليلي كأساس لاستقراء الدراسات السابقة لفهم التحديات والفرص والسبل لتعزيز ونجاح منصة القادة من أجل بناء استراتيجية مستقبلية طويل المدى وتفعيل دور الشراكات الفعالة بشكل عادل ومستدام، انطلقت الدراسة من مراجعة عميقة لنتائج الأبحاث السابقة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بإنشاء منصات تتيح لقادة الفكر التواصل وتبادل الأفكار والمعرفة بشكل مستمر. هذه المنصات يجب أن توفر بيئة تشجع على التعاون المستدام والتفكير النقدي، مما يسهم في تمكينهم من تقديم رؤى وحلول مبتكرة للمشاكل المعقدة. This study aimed to propose forward-looking visions for developing a platform for thought leaders, experts, and specialists to exchange and sustain knowledge, share success stories, and benefit from the experiences of others. This was achieved through a comprehensive analysis of educational literature, research, and previous studies during the academic year 2024/2025. The study focused on providing clear practical steps to enhance the efficiency, skills, and capabilities of leaders in the field to ensure continued excellence and a competitive advantage by building a platform that brings together leaders, leading thinkers, specialists, and experts, in light of rapid technological developments. What distinguishes this study from others is its reliance on an analytical approach as a basis for extrapolating previous studies to understand the challenges, opportunities, and ways to enhance and succeed the leaders' platform. This is intended to build a long-term future strategy and activate the role of effective partnerships in a fair and sustainable manner. The study was based on an in-depth review of previous research findings. In light of the study's findings, the study recommended the establishment of platforms that enable thought leaders to communicate and exchange ideas and knowledge on an ongoing basis. These platforms should provide an environment that encourages sustainable collaboration and critical thinking, enabling them to offer innovative insights and solutions to complex problems.
