هدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى الإدراك التنظيمي وعلاقته بالابتكار التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس دولة الكويت. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (386) معلماً معلمة. طبّقت عليهم استبانة تكونت من محورين وهما (الإدراك التنظيمي، الابتكار التنظيمي)، وقد بلغ عدد فقراتها (54) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن مستوى الإدراك التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس دولة الكويت جاءت بمستوى متوسطاً. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن مستوى الإدراك التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس دولة الكويت تعزى المتغيرات (الجنس وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي).ودلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الابتكار التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس دولة الكويت جاء متوسطاً. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن مستوى الابتكار التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس دولة الكويت تعزى المتغيرات (الجنس وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي). ودلّت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه إيجابية ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الإدراك التنظيمي والابتكار التنظيمي لدى مدير مدارس دولة الكويت.وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها:إعادة النظر في أنماط الإدراك التنظيمي والابتكار التنظيمي وخصائصهم في المؤسسات التعليمية، وتوصية مديري المدارس بتطبيق الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة. The study aimed to identify the level of organizational Perception awareness and its relationship to organizational innovation among school principals in the State of Kuwait, it is used the descriptive correlative survey method. To achieve the objectives of the study, a random sample of (386) teachers was selected, and a questionnaire was applied to them consisting of two domains (organizational awareness, organizational innovation). The number of its items reached (54), and its validity and reliability were verified, and the study reached the following results: The level of organizational awareness of school principals in the State of Kuwait was at moderate level. The results of the study also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample members on the level of organizational awareness among the school principals in the State of Kuwait due to the variables (gender, years of experience and educational qualification). The results indicated that the level of organizational innovation among the principals of the State of Kuwait's schools was average. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Reconsidering the patterns of organizational perception and organizational innovation and their characteristics in educational institutions and recommending school principals to apply modern administrative methods.
