هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف ممارسات معلمات رياض الأطفال في بناء المهارات اللغوية لدى طلبتهن في مدارس رياض الأطفال في لواء البادية الشمالية الشرقية بالمفرق، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة استبانة مكوّنة من (40) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مهارات وهي (مهارة الاستماع، مهارة التحدث، مهارة القراءة، مهارة الكتابة) جرى التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (172) معلمة تعمل في المدارس الحكومية اختير منهن (50) معلمة كعينة عشوائية ثم تم توزيع الاستبانة عليهن. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى الكلي لممارسات معلمات رياض الأطفال في بناء المهارات اللغوية لدى طلبتهن من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الاطفال مرتفعاً بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.88) أظهرت نتائج الدراسة كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ممارسات معلمات رياض الأطفال في بناء المهارات اللغوية لدى طلبتهن من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم التوصية بتوجيه نتائج الدراسة إلى المعنيين بالأمر في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية للاستفادة منها في تعزيز ممارسة معلمات رياض الأطفال للمهارات اللغوية وإعداد الدورات التدريبية المناسبة لذلك. This study aimed The Kindergarten Teacher Practices in Building Language Skills for their Student In kindergarten schools in the northeastern Badia district in Mafraq, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (40) items divided into four skills (listening skill, speaking skill, reading skill, writing skill) whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The study population consisted of (172) female teachers working in public schools, from whom (50) teachers were selected as a random sample, and then the questionnaire was distributed to them. The results of the study showed that the total level of kindergarten teachers ’practices in building language skills among their students from the kindergarten teachers’ point of view, with an arithmetic average of (3.88). The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the practices of kindergarten teachers in building language skills in From the point of view of kindergarten teachers, their students are attributed to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience, In light of the results of the study, it was recommended that the results of the study be directed to those concerned with the matter in the Jordanian Ministry of Education to benefit from them in enhancing the practice of kindergarten teachers with language skills and preparing appropriate training courses for that.
