يشهد العالم تطورات هائلة في مجال تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات، ومن التقنيات المستقبلية التي أصبحت تجذب أنظار التربويين تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته، حيث إن الذكاء الاصطناعي هو عملية محاكاة للذكاء البشري بواسطة الآلات، وخاصةً أنظمة الكمبيوتر، ويتم بواسطته استخدام العديد من التطبيقات على نطاق واسع من قبل المعلمين والطلاب اليوم. هدفت الدراسة إلى توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي، وذلك من خلال استعراض مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي وخصائصه وأسباب الاهتمام به، والتأثيرات الإيجابية للذكاء الاصطناعي على التعليم ، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي، وأهم التحديات التي تواجه تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في جمع وتحليل كل ما يتعلق بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن استخدام العديد من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي. The world is witnessing tremendous developments in the field of information and communication technology, and among the future technologies that are attracting the attention of educators are artificial intelligence techniques and its applications, as artificial intelligence is a simulation of human intelligence by machines, especially computer systems, and many applications are widely used by teachers and students Today. The study aimed to employ the applications of artificial intelligence in higher education, by reviewing the concept of artificial intelligence, its characteristics and reasons for interest in it, the positive effects of artificial intelligence on education, applications of artificial intelligence in higher education, and the most important challenges facing the applications of artificial intelligence in education, and the study relied on the descriptive approach in collecting and analyzing everything related to artificial intelligence, and the study concluded that many applications of artificial intelligence can be used in higher education.
