يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء برنامج قائم على النظرية الاتصالية باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي والكشف عن فاعليته في تنمية مهارات التفكير المنظومي وخفض العبء المعرفي في مادة الدراسات الاجتماعية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية. وقد تم إجراء البحث وخطواته وفقًا للمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك فيما يتعلق بالإطار النظري للبحث، والمنهج التجريبي وذلك فيما يتعلق بتجربة البحث. كما تم إعداد قائمة بمهارات التفكير المنظومي اللازمة لتلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، وقائمة بأبعاد العبء المعرفي، وقائمة بمعايير تصميم وإنتاج بيئة التعلم الذكية، والسيناريو التعليمي لبيئة التعلم الذكية، وإنتاج البرنامج الذكي، ودليل إرشادي للمعلم، ودليل استخدام التلميذ. وطبّقت أدوات البحث (اختبار مهارات التفكير المنظومي للصف الثالث من المرحلة الإعدادية، مقياس التقدير الذاتي للعبء المعرفي لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية) على عدد (83) تلميذًا وتلميذة بالصف الثالث الإعدادي. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين متوسطى درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين (القبلي والبعدي) لاختبارمهارات التفكير المنظومي ككل وفي كل مهارة على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي؛ كما يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين متوسطى درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين (القبلي والبعدي) لمقياس العبء المعرفي للبعدين (العبء الخارجي، العبء الجوهري) ككل وفي كل بُعد على حدة لصالح التطبيق القبلي؛ وأيضا وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين (القبلي والبعدي) لمقياس العبء المعرفي للبُعد (العبء وثيق الصلة) لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما أسفرت النتائج أيضًا عن أن البرنامج القائم على النظرية الاتصالية باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي له تأثير كبير وذو فاعلية في تنمية مهارات التفكير المنظومي، وخفض العبء المعرفي للبعدين (العبء الخارجي، العبء الجوهري)، وتنمية العبء المعرفي للبُعد (وثيق الصلة) لدى المجموعة التجريبية. وقدم البحث عدة توصيات وفق ما توصل إليه من نتائج، أهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام ببرامج التدريس المبنية على الذكاء الاصطناعي " نظم التعلم الذكية " كأحد المستحدثات التكنولوجية في مجال تعليم وتعلم الدراسات الاجتماعية. The current research aims to build a program based on the communicative theory using artificial intelligence applications and to reveal its effectiveness in developing systemic thinking skills and reducing the Cognitive Load in the social studies subject for the preparatory stage students, The research and its steps were conducted according to the descriptive analytical approach with regard to the theoretical framework of the research and according to the experimental approach with regard to the research experience. A list of the systemic thinking skills needed for the preparatory stage students, a list of criteria for designing and producing the smart learning environment, the educational scenario of the smart learning environment, the production of the smart program, a teacher’s guide, and a student’s use guide were prepared. The research tools (The systemic thinking skills test for middle school students, A measure of self-assessment of the cognitive load of preparatory stage students) were applied on (83) male and female students in the third year of the preparatory stage. Results of the research revealed the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the sample of students in the (before and after) application to test the systemic thinking as a whole and in each skill separately in favor of the post application. Results, also, revealed that the program based on the communicative theory using artificial intelligence applications has a significant impact on the development of the systemic thinking skills of the experimental group and that it is effective in developing some of the systemic thinking skills of the research sample group, also There is a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the two applications (pre and post) of the cognitive burden scale for the two dimensions (external burden, intrinsic burden) As a whole in each dimension separately in favor of the tribal application, and There is a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the two applications (pre and post) of the dimension cognitive burden scale (the closely related burden) in favor of the dimensional application, Finally The program based on communicative theory using artificial intelligence applications has a significant impact on developing the cognitive burden of the (closely related) dimension of the experimental group, and The program based on communicative theory using artificial intelligence applications is effective in developing the cognitive burden of the (closely related) dimension in the social studies subject of the experimental research group The research made several recommendations according to its findings, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to teaching programs based on artificial intelligence "Smart Learning Systems" as one of the technological innovations in the field of teaching and learning social studies.
