هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور القيادة التربوية في إدارة الأزمات في التعليم الثانوي الفني، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها. واستعانت باستبانتين وجهتا إلى عينة من مديري ومعلمي التعليم الثانوي الفني بلغت (876) وللطلاب بلغت (1457) طالباً وطالبة في مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني للكشف عن الواقع الحالي لدور القيادة التربوية فى إدارة الأزمات .وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها : يوجد بالتعليم الفني قصور في تحقيق أهدافه نتيجة تعرضه لبعض الأزمات، منها على سبيل المثال أنه تعليم نظري وضعت خططه ومناهجه على أساس إعداد الطلاب للدراسة فقط دون تعلم مهارة، النظرة المتدنية لطالب التعليم الفني تجعل كثير من أولياء الأمور يرفضوا هذا النوع من التعليم .وقدمت الدراسة تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور القيادة التربوية في إدارة الأزمات في التعليم الثانوي الفني في ضوء التحليل النظري والدراسة الميدانية. The study aimed to develop a proposed conception to activate the role of educational leadership in crisis management in technical secondary education, and the study used the descriptive method to suit the nature of the study and its objectives. A student in technical secondary schools to reveal the current reality of the role of educational leadership in crisis management. The study reached several conclusions, including: Technical education has shortcomings in achieving its goals as a result of its exposure to some crises, including for example that it is theoretical education whose plans and curricula were developed on the basis of preparing students to study only without learning a skill, and the low perception of the technical education student makes many parents reject this Kind of education. The study presented a proposed conception to activate the role of educational leadership in crisis management in technical secondary education in light of theoretical analysis and field study.
