هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق المحاسبية التعليمية لقيادات الإدارة الإشرافية لضمان جودة التعليم وتحسين مستوى التحصيل الأكاديمي وإنجاز الطلاب، وتحقيقاً لهدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت الاستبانة وطبقتها على عينة قوامها (730) من مديري الإدارات النوعية والأقسام بالمديرية ومديري المدارس بمحافظة الشرقية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها: نقص الوعي بأهمية اعتماد الأنماط القيادية الحديثة وغياب دور قيادات الإدارة الإشرافية في تحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية بالجودة المطلوبة والمتوقعة، ضعف دور المؤسسات التعليمية في التأثير في مخرجاتها ايجابياً بما يعزز النسق القيمي للمجتمع نظراً لغياب المحاسبية التعليمية لقيادات الإدارة الإشرافية التي اضعفت من قدرة هذه المؤسسات في أداء دورها التربوي والتعليمي، علاوة على انتشار الأمراض الإدارية مثل غياب العدالة التنظيمية والرؤية المشتركة، بالإضافة إلى قصور أساليب المحاسبية لقيادات الإدارة الإشرافية في الواقع الفعلي، مما يعكس مدى احتياج واقعنا التعليمي لتطبيق نظم قوية للمحاسبية التعليمية الداخلية والخارجية من أجل تحسين وتطوير أداء شاغلي هذا المستوى القيادي لعلاج قصور الأداء وضعف الكفاءة والجمود الفكري وتجديد الواقع التعليمي. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق المحاسبية التعليمية لقيادات الإدارة الإشرافية على مستوى قيادات الإدارة الإشرافية، والإجراءات والأساليب المتبعة منها: أن يتولى مجموعة من المختصين متابعة سير الإمتحانات بالمديريات والإدارات للاطلاع على الأساليب التقويمية المتبعة لدراسة كيفية تطويرها وتحديثها على أن تشكل لجنة من المتخصصين بوزارة التربية والتعليم لمتابعة جميع جوانب العملية التعليمية بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية وتوزع المهام بين اللجان لمباشرة عملها في متابعة الإدارات بناء على خطة زمنية محددة مسبقاً ومعلنة بالإضافة إلى وضع المديريات أدوات تتضمن معايير موضوعية تستهدف التحفيز والتشجيع على الإبداع و تحسين الأداء التعليمي المتميز لهذه القيادات لضمان جودة مستوى التحصيل الأكاديمي للطلاب وتميز مستوي الإنجاز الكلي للمؤسسات التعليمية، لتعزيز القيمة المجتمعية للتعليم. The aim of the study is to identify the requirements for applying the Educational Accountability for the Leaders of Supervisory Management to Ensure the Quality of Education. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method, and relied on a questionnaire applied to a sample of (730) Supervisory Management and school leaders in Sharkia Governorate. The study reached many results, including: Lack of awareness of the importance of adopting modern leadership patterns and the absence of the supervisory leadership role in achieving the educational process objectives with the required and expected quality. The weak influence of educational institutions in their outcomes positively to enhance the community value system due to the lack of educational accountability for the supervisory administration leaders, which has weakened the ability of these institutions in the performance of their pedagogical and educational role. The spread of administrative diseases, as the absence of organizational justice and shared vision moreover the educational accountability for the supervisory administration leaders was not actually realized, reflecting the extent to which our educational reality needs to apply strong systems for internal and external educational accountability to improve and develop the performance of this leadership level occupants to treat underperformance, poor efficiency, intellectual inertia for the renewal of our educational reality. The study also reached a set of requirements for applying the educational accountability for the supervisory administration leaders to ensure educational quality at the level of leaders, students, procedures and methods, including that ; group of specialists follow up the progress of the examinations in the directorates and educational administrations to check followed evaluation methods to study how to modernize them, a specialists committee is formed at the ministry of education to follow up all aspects of the educational process in the educational directorates and administrations according to determined tasks based on a predefined and announced time plan. In addition to developing the directorates’ tools that include objective standards aimed at motivating and encouraging creativity and distinguished educational performance of these leaders to ensure the quality of students’ academic achievement to enhance the social value of education.
