يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى حب الذات وعلاقته بالولاء التنظيمي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وفقا لمتغير سنوات الخدمة (1- 10سنوات، 11 سنة- أكثر)، وقد تكونت عينة البحث الحالي من (200) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال داخل بغداد، وبعد بناء مقياس حب الذات وتبني مقياس الولاء التنظيمي وتطبيقهما على افراد العينة تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام وسائل احصائية مناسبة لمعالجتها، قد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن معلمات رياض الأطفال يتمتعن بحب الذات ولصالح اللواتي لديهن خبرة (1-10 سنوات)، وأن المعلمات اللواتي لديهن خبرة (11 سنة – فأكثر) يتمتعن بالولاء التنظيمي أتجاه مؤسستهن، وقد توصلت الباحثة الى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The current study aims to know self-love and its relatedness to the organizational loyalty among kindergarten female teachers pursuant to according to the service years coefficient (1- 10 years, 11 years and more). The sample of the current research consists of (200) kindergarten female teachers in Baghdad, and after preparing self-love scale and adopting the organizational loyalty scale that has been applied to individuals of the sample. The data has been analyzed by using appropriate statistical means to process them. The results of the research have indicated that kindergarten female teachers endow with self-love and for the benefit of those having an experience (1-10 years), and the female teachers having an experience (11 years - more) enjoy with the organizational loyalty toward their organizations. The researcher has reached to a number of recommendations and proposals. (Published abstract)
