The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of teachers practice of human rights education principles in UNRWA schools in Jordan from the students' perspective and to propose a role to develop their practices based upon the study results. The population of the sample study consisted of (2505) students out of (46636) of the UNRWA students in the UNRWA four education areas in Jordan during the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017. To achieve the goals of the study, a questioner was developed to identify the practice of UNRWA teachers in Jordan of the human rights principles from the perspective of the students. The tool was applied to all sample study respondents after being verified in terms of validity and reliability. Statistical analysis were carried out to answer the questions of the study, the results of the study revealed in its first question that the practice of the teachers of UNRWA schools in Jordan of the human rights principles from the students' perspective was high in the three areas; namely the class and extracurricular activities, teacher's behavior, assessment methods, learning objectives, and study content. The results of the examination of the differences suggested that there are statistically significant differences in the total degree of practicing the human rights principles in the three fields according to the gender variable for the benefit of female teachers, and statistically significant differences in the fields of practicing the three human rights.
