هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم في العملية التعليمية في مدارس قصبة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين فيها ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي حيث تم تطوير استبانه مكونة من ثلاثة مجالات (المعرفي، والمهاري، والتقويمي) بواقع (22) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (360) معلماً ومعلمة في مدارس قصبة المفرق. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم في العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارس قصبة المفرق جاء بدرجة منخفضة، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.17)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدارسة لواقع توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم في العملية التعليمية من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارس قصبة المفرق تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. في ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بضرورة عقد وزارة التربية والتعليم لمزيد من الدورات والورش التدريبية المتخصصة في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم وحث المعلمين على استخدامها في العملية التعليمية، ونشر الوعي لدى المعلمين والطلبة حول إيجابية استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التعلم. The aim of the study was to identify the reality of employing educational technology in the educational process in the schools of Kasbah Al Mafraq from the teachers’ perspective . To achieve this study, the descriptive approach was used, where a questionnaire was developed, consisting of three areas(knowledge, skills, and evaluation) with 22 paragraphs , and its validity and stability was verified, and then it was distributed on the sample of the study which was consisted of 360 teachers in the schools of kasabat AL Mafraq. The result of the study showed that the reality of the employment of educational technology in the educational process, from the teachers’ perspective, in the schools of kasabah AL Mafraq, was low and with an average arithmetic (2.17). The results also showed no significant differences in the evaluations of the study’s sample members for the reality of the employment of educational technology in the educational process from the teacher's perspective according to the gender variables and the scientific qualification. In the light of the results, the two researchers recommended that the ministry of Education, should hold more specialized training courses and workshops, in the field of educational technology and encourage teachers to use them in the educational process, and raise awareness among teachers and students about the positive use of modern technology in learning.
