The research aims to get to know (the reality of e-learning at the University of Mustansiriya from the viewpoint of faculty members at colleges) as the research community consists (2495) faculty members at the University of Mustansiriya, the study sample consists of (400) by (177) from the scientific colleges and (223) of the human faculties, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, so it has been prepared especially to identify the members of the teaching staff consisting of 58 items distributed on the following themes (the extent of the use of e-learning 27 paragraph, the advantages of e-learning 11 paragraph, cons of e-learning 9 paragraphs, e-learning impediments, paragraph 11). After the distribution of the questionnaire to a sample search and answer them and treated statistically using statistical program (SPSS). - The study found the following results: 1) the use of e-learning teachers work may facilitate their work in various areas. 2) Use of e-learning means increased interaction with educational material, and through the use of many of the media. 3) The use of direct e-learning technology in teaching addresses many of the educational problems. 4) Lead the use of direct e-learning to upgrade the level of the best. 5) The e-learning of modern teaching methods, which have proved their effectiveness in the educational process. In the result that findings by the researcher recommends by: 1) training faculty members to use e-learning to develop and improve their competence and skills in using its techniques. 2) Considering e-learning as a supportive of the learning process, without a substitute, and a method for applying the philosophy of university education, and phasing in applying its techniques and balanced according to the possibilities of technical university and its technological infrastructure. 3) Provide the necessary halls and labs with techniques that are used to implement e-learning method in teaching, and providing them with the necessary information and communication networks also to overcome the difficulties that caused by weak technological infrastructure. 4) Promoting the culture of e-learning by communicating with the e-learning center at the university. 5) Improving internet speed and provide wireless internet service at all the colleges of the university. The researcher also suggested: 1) a study of e-learning application requirements. 2) A study of the impact of online education as a way of teaching compared with other learning methods. 3) A comparative study of the reality of e- learning at Al Mustansiriyah University with other universities.
