The present study aims to test the effectiveness of a computerized program in treating French-language literacy difficulties for fifth-year students, for so the researcher used the experimental approach, producing a software of design and programming, containing a set of lessons for reading and writing teaching (letters and sounds) in a CD-ROM, and after their arbitration, they were presented to the search group (one set) which was deliberately selected: pupils with learning difficulties in reading and writing, 17 of the same level (year 5 primary) and close to age (11-12 years) and in intelligence (average, above average) they were taught by the education program (12 45-minute classes) to determine its effectiveness in addressing the difficulties of reading and writing in French, depending on the measurement tools: the difficulties test, the scale of the modified learning, the interview, the IQ of the color matrices of: (raven) after the completion of the teaching and computation of the differences, the results result in the following: 1) the computerized educational program to address the difficulties of learning to read and write in French is highly effective for fifth-year primary students: there are statistically significant differences between tribal and high level measurement in French-language research group (reading and writing). The effect was considered after calculating the magnitude of the impact. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in the measurement of the dimensional between the grades of the sample in French (reading and writing) that are due to the gender variable. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the measurement of the dimensional in the sample scores in the French material (reading and writing) due to the IQ variable. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the computerized education program in addressing the difficulties of learning to read and write in French in the fifth-year elementary school. In the light of the findings, the study recommended that the educational process should pay attention to the dissemination of modern technologies in education, to work to raise awareness of their importance among professors and pupils, and to work for the production of quality educational programs in their content and in the way they are presented attention to the design and programmatic aspect, and the need to work on the preparation and composition of the teacher in keeping with contemporary developments.
