هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه المشرف التربوي وتحد من فاعليته تجاه العملية التعليمية بالمرحلة الثانوية محلية أمدرمان، ولاية الخرطوم ومن خلال ذلك حاولت الباحثة التعرف على واقع الاشراف التربوي، وكذلك الوقوف على أنواع المشكلات التي تواجه المشرف التربوي. إتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع المشرفين والمشرفات في المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية أمدرمان، وبلغ عددهم (47 ) مشرف ومشرفة، وتمثلت أدة جمع المعلومات فى الإستبانة. وإستخدمت الباحثة عدة أساليب إحصائية للتحليل بمعالجة البيانات. أهم نتائج البحث: 1) واقع الاشراف التربوي فى المرحلة الثانوية يتسم بكفايات القائمين عليه إلا أنه يعانى من مشكلات تحول دون تحقيق أهدافه وتذليل بعض المشكلات التى تعوق تقدم العملية التربوية. 2) أظهر البحث أن هنالك عدة مشكلات تواجه المشرف التربوي منها ما تتعلق بالمعلمين والإدارة المدرسية والمنهج والمشرف والنظام التعليمي. 3) بين البحث إن الأساليب الفعالة كما يدركها المشرف تتمثل في: تحليل عمليتي التعليم والتعلم، وعقد لقاءات مع المعلمين بعد الدرس، تحديث الخطه العلاجيه بالتشاور مع المعلمين. 4) أوضح البحث الكيفية التي يمكن أن يعالج بها المشرف المشكلات التي تواجهه باتباع عدد من الأساليب الإشرافية منها التصحيحي والبنائي والإبداعي، والاهتمام بالنشاط المدرسي والعمل علي إدخال الأساليب الحديثة في العمل الإشرافي. التوصيات: 1) العمل علي تطوير وتعزيز العلاقة بين المشرف والمعلم للارتقاء بعملية الاشراف. 2) العمل علي إدخال الأساليب الحديثة في الإشراف التربوي للمساعدة في علاج المشكلات التي تواجه المعلم والادارة المدرسية. 3) اقامة الدورات التدريبية التي تمكن المشرف من معرفة الجديد في مجاله عمله ونقلها للمعلمين لضمان انتقال الأساليب الفعالة في حل المشكلات التربوية. 4) عمل تقويم دوري للمناهج الدراسيه من قبل المعلمين والمشرفين. 5) أن يتم إختيار المشرفين على الكفاءة العلمية والخبرة والمقدرة على تحمل الأمانة والحكم على الأخرين بإتباع الأساليب العلمية بدلا عن الأقدمية. The study aimed to investigate obstacles that face educational supervisors and cripple teaching process at Secondary School level in Omdurman Locality, Khartoum State. The researcher designed a questionnaire targeting 47 male and female educational supervisors at secondary level for data collection. Descriptive approach and SPSS were also used for data analysis. Conclusions: Although educational supervision is characterized by high quality, it faces a number of obstacles that hinder achievement of goals and progress of teaching and learning process. The research has concluded that educational supervision has several problems manifested in the teachers, school directorate, curricula and teaching process. The researcher has highlighted that the effectives mechanism that educational supervisors are good at include the analysis of teaching and learning process, holding meeting with the teachers after the classes and updating the remedial plan in collaboration with the staff. The study has also explored techniques adopted by the supervisors to settle problems through different supervision techniques including corrective, constructive and creative methods in addition to paying concern with school activities and introduction of modern methods in supervision field. The researcher has therefore recommended the following: 1) promoting and reinforcing the relationship between the supervisors and teachers for sake of supervision process. 2) Introducing up-to-date supervision techniques to resolve problems facing both teachers and schools administrations. 3) Organizing training sessions to enable educational supervisors to keep up with new techniques and reflect them to teachers to ensure and help resolve educational problems. 4) Conducting regular assessment of the curricula by both supervisors and teachers. 5) Supervisors must be appointed according to their qualifications and ability to hold responsibility and judge others instead of seniority.
