The Personal Belief in a Just World helps individuals cope and overcome unjust situations and continue life as normal again. The goal remains achieving the adaptive and mental health in the best positive levels and maintaining them. In this current research, (304) teachers from Lattakia providence, who belong to Primary Education schools, contributed in giving data. They were 183 teachers from the countryside and (121) from the city. These teachers were (202) females and (102) males. As for the number of the experience years, there were (57) teachers whose experience is less than 5 years, (111) have between (5-10) years of experience, (76) have (10-20) years of experience and 58 have more than (20) years of experience, in order to achieve the goal of this research, which is identifying the impact of personal belief in a Just World and the Personality Fairness experiences in the workplace on some dimensions of the mental health (Life Satisfaction, Depression demonstration, Mood Level, Physical complaint) The results of the research showed that the more teachers believe in just world, the more they realize their experiences with their schools administrations or with colleagues as fair, and they enjoy both life satisfaction and mood level. They also show less depression demonstration and less physical complaint. The PBJW of the sample members, who work in rural areas, was stronger than those who work in the city. In addition to that females were more satisfied with their life than males. Females also tended more to realize their personal experiences with colleagues at work as fair. The individuals, whose experiences is more than (20) years, realized the distributive justice as fair more than the rest of the sample. (Author’s abstract)
