Based on the results achieved, the study recommended that the concept of talent management and the definition of talent should be defined in a clear and clear manner procedures, methods and systems that will be used in the process of talent management, and not confused with human resources management. The Ministry of Education also recommended supporting the education sector and protecting the sector from the economic crisis because of the high importance of this sector, especially when there is a great threat such as brain drain outside the country.
