This study aimed to identify the role of quality of work life in improving organizational citizenship behavior of the employees in the University of Palestine, to achieve the objective of this study, the research used the descriptive analytical approach, the study population consisted of all full time academic and administration in the University of Palestine, whose number (257) employees, the number of sample study was(157) chosen by using simple random sample from the employee at the university of Palestine (160) questionairs were distributed and (145) questionairs were received, with response rate (92.4) , data were analyzed using the Stastical Package for social science (SPSS), and questionairs used as a main tool of study for collecting data. The study found the following results: 1) The dimension of quality of work life are available in medium level at the University of Palestine (66.24%) 2) The level of the organizational citizenship behavior among the employee was (76.69%). Recommendation of study: 1) Enhancing the level of quality of work life, through providing financial support, and encourage the system of incentive and rewards commensurate with the economic situation in Gaza Strip and meet the needs of employees creating safe and stable working environment. 2) Enhancing the social relations between the employees and the university administration which should work hard to invest these relation in creating constructive, advanced and competitive work environment to achieve loyalty and belonging staff for the University 3) Making a code of conduct to be followed by the employee and the University.
