The current research aims of preparing a computerized program for teaching educational technology subject to third year students at the college of education and identifying its impact on their achievement and develop their awareness in information technology. The sample consists of 70 third year students at all the department of education and psychology courses collage of education/ university of Mosul. The subjects have been distribution randomly among two groups; experimental group (taught by using the computerized program) and control group (taught by using traditional method).the computerized program has been prepared by using power point presentation to illustrate the subject. The researchers also prepared two instruments for the purpose of this research; an achievement test and a scale of four categories for measuring conscious in information technology. The validity and reliability of the two instruments have been verified; using SPSS statistical program. The results indicate no statistical signified difference between the two groups in the achievement test; however, there is a development in the awareness in information technology for the benefit of the experimental group.
