يهدف البحث الحالي التّعرف على: 1) مستوى تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية للمهمات التي حددها نظام المدارس الثانوية في العراق من وجهة نظر مدرسيها.2) الأهمية النسب لممارسات مديري المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية لتلك المهمات من وجهة نظر المدرسين. 3) الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في مدى تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية للمهمات التي حددها نظام المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المدرسين تبعاً لمتغير (الجنس، التخصص، وعدد سنوات الخدمة). حدود البحث: الحدود المكانية: المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية الرسمية الصباحية التابعة (للمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الكرخ /الثانية، والمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الرصافة /الثانية) (ذكور، اناث). الحدود البشرية: المدرسون في المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد (الكرخ /الثانية، والمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الرصافة /الثانية) (ذكور، اناث). الحدود الموضوعية: نظام المدارس الثانوية في العراق رقم 2 لسنة 1977 المعدل بنظام المدارس الثانوية رقم 23 لسنة 1981. الحدود الزمانية: العام الدراسي 2013 _ 2014. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته موضوع الدراسة، ولأجل تحقيق أغراض البحث، قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة بحث، تكونت من 70 فقرة توزعت على سبعة مجالات هي: (المحافظة على الدوام، العناية ببناية المدرسة ونظافتها، الاشراف على أعمال الهيئة التدريسية، الإشراف على الامتحانات، المراسلات، التقارير، السجلات المدرسية) وقد تم عرض الاستبانة على محكّمين وخبراء، وتم التحقق من صدق الاستبانة وثباتها، وقد تم تطبيق الاستبانة على مجموعة من مدرّسي ومدرّسات المدارس الثانوية والإعدادية التابعة لمديريتي تربية بغداد (الكرخ / الثانية، الرصافة / الثانية) حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 450 مدرّساً ومدرّسة من 21 مدرسة ثانوية وإعدادية تابعة لمديريتي تربية بغداد (الكرخ / الثانية، الرصافة / الثانية)، بنسبة 10% من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة البالغ 4497. واستعانت الباحثة بالحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لتحليل استجابات أفراد العينة. وبناءً على استجابات العينة تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) هناك مستوى عال من تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية للمهمات التي حددها نظام المدارس الثانوية في العراق. 2) تركيز مديري المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية على بعض مجالات المهام التي حددها نظام المدارس الثانوية، وقلة الاهتمام بمجالات المهام الاخرى فأظهرت نتائج البحث أن مجال المراسلات قد حصل على أعلى وزن مئوي بين المجالات (79،4%)، في حين حصل مجال الإشراف على أعمال الهيئة التدريسية على وزن مئوي (73،4%) على الرغم من أنه من مجالات المهام المهمة في العملية التعليمة. 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية والإعدادية للمهمات التي حددها نظام المدارس الثانوية لدى عينة الدراسة تعزى الى متغير الجنس لصالح المدرّسين الذكور. 4) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية والإعدادية للمهمات التي حددها نظام المدارس الثانوية تعزى إلى متغير مدة الخدمة لصالح المدرّسين الذين مدة خدمتهم أقل من عشر سنوات. 5) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية للمهمات التي حددها نظام المدارس الثانوية تعزى إلى متغير التخصص. The aim of this study, entitled "The tasks of the principals in the light of the high school system in Iraq, from the standpoint of teachers" to know: 1) level application of the principals of the tasks set by the high school system in Iraq, from the standpoint of teachers. 2) The relative importance of the practices of the principals of those tasks from the viewpoint of teachers. 3) Statistically significant differences in the extent of the application of the principals of the tasks set by the high school system from the viewpoint of teachers depending on the variable (sex, specialty, number of years of service). Search procedures: The researcher used the descriptive analytical method for suitability subject of the study, but in order to achieve the purposes of research, the researcher has designed a questionnaire examined consisted of 70 paragraph distributed to the seven areas (conservative always, care a building school and cleanliness, overseeing the work of faculty, overseeing the exams, correspondence , reports, school records) has been introduced resolution on arbitrators and experts were checking the veracity of resolution and stability has been applied to the questionnaire on a group of teachers of secondary schools and junior high of the departments of Educational Baghdad (Karkh / second, Rusafa / second) where total study sample 450 and a school teacher 21 High School and junior subordinate The departments of Educational Baghdad (Karkh / second, Rusafa / second), 10% of the society for the study of the original 4497 and hired a researcher bagful of statistical (SPSS) to analyze the responses of the sample. The research includes four chapters as included: Chapter One: (definition of research), which included the research problem, and its importance, and its goals, and its limits, and determine the terms. Chapter II: (a theoretical background and previous studies), including studies of the Iraqi, Arab and foreign. Chapter III: (research methodology and procedures), which pointed to the methodology followed in the search and characterization of the research community and appointed by the tool and used it in addition to the procedures and statistical methods adopted to get to the search results. Chapter IV: (display and discussion of results and their interpretation, and conclusions and recommendations and proposals). Based on the responses of the sample was reached the following results: 1) A high level of application of the principals of the tasks set by the school system for secondary schools in Iraq. 2) concentration of secondary school principals and junior high on some of the areas identified by the secondary school system and the lack of attention by the other search results and showed that the correspondence has received the highest weight percentage between areas 79.4%, while the area got supervise the work of the faculty on the weight percentage 73.4%, although it is important dimensions in the educational process. 3) and there were statistically significant differences in the level of application of the principals of the tasks set by the high school system in a sample study is due to the variable of sex in favor of males. 4) And there were statistically significant differences in the level of application of the principals of the tasks set by the high school system due to the variable length of service for the benefit of those who serve for less than ten years. 5) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of application of the principals of the tasks set by the high school system are attributable to variable specialization.
