This study aims to identify level of emotional intelligence, ambition and decision making for a sample of 10th grade students in Gaza Strip. It also seeks to find the relation among these factors and the impact of some variables in emotional intelligence, ambition and decision making. To fulfill study aims, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method and used tools such as; emotional intelligence scale, ambition scale and decision making scale to be applied on 340 random students represent the study sample. Study results: 1) Both emotional intelligence, ambition and decision making levels were high. 2) There is a positive correlation at level ( α = 0.05) among the three factors for the 10th grade students. 3) There are no statistical dissimilarities at level ( α = 0.05) in emotional intelligence level attributed to size of family, mother’s education and birth order (ranking), while there were dissimilarities attributed to gender, residence, father’s education and school grades. 4) There are no statistical dissimilarities at level ( α = 0.05) in ambition level attributed to size of family, mother’s and father’s education and birth order (ranking), while there were dissimilarities attributed to residence and school grades. 5) There are no statistical dissimilarities at level ( α = 0.05) in decision making level attributed to size of family, mother’s education and birth order (ranking), while there were dissimilarities attributed to gender, residence, father’s education and school grades.
