يندرج هذا البحث الموسوم بـ: "كفاءة التواصل البيداغوجي الجامعي في ضوء معايير الجودة؛ مقاربة تحليلية في ضوء نظرية العقد البيداغوجي" ضمن الدراسات الوصفية الاستكشافية القائمة على وصف الظاهرة، وإبراز عناصرها، ولفت النظر إلى أبعادها. حيث تتلخص مشكلة هذه الدراسة وأهدافها في البحث- من خلال الدراسة النظرية التي تضمنت فصلي-عن شروط ومعايير كفاءة التواصل البيداغوجي الجامعي في ضوء معايير الجودة، والنظر من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي تمت على مرحلتين، في مدى استيفاء التواصل البيداغوجي الجامعي تشريعا وممارسة لشروط جودته وكفاءته المعيارية كما تحددها نظم الجودة الحديثة. من خلال الإجابة عن تساؤلين أساسين طرحهما الطالب، هما: 1) ما مدى توافر شروط جودة وكفاءة التواصل البيداغوجي بين أطراف العقد الديداكتيكي الجامعي في التشريعات واللوائح التي تحددها سياسة وخطة الإصلاح الجديدة (ل.م.د.) من منظور الأساتذة؟ (بحث في الوسائل والشروط). 2) هل ممارسات أطراف العقد البيداغوجي لفعل التواصل البيداغوجي، تتم وفق معايير جودة التواصل البيداغوجي كما تحددها نظم الجودة الحديثة؟ (بحث في المعايير وتقويم الممارسات(. ترتب عنهما فرضيتان تقريريتان عامتان، وأربع فرضيات فرعية. وقد تمت معالجة هذه المشكلة وفرضياتها، وفقا للإجراءات والخطوات التي يستدعيها ويفترضها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باعتباره الأنسب لوصف واقع الاتصال والتواصل في المواقف التعليمية التعلمية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة والطلبة، وذلك على هذا النحو من المراحل: مرحلة استطلاعية، وفيها تم بناء وتجهيز أدوات الدراسة النهائية. وأخرى نهائية: أين تم تطبيقها في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية على عينة قوامها 458 طالبا وطالبة من كليات جامعة العربي بن مهيدي بأم البواقي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وعينة أخرى من الأساتذة قوامها 416 أستاذا وأستاذة من كليات وأقسام الجامعة نفسها موزعة على ثلاث مجموعات، بحسب الأدوات المعتمدة في جمع بيانات موضوع هذه الدراسة، والتي تمثلت في أربعة استبيانات تم بناؤها في ضوء خلاصات البحث النظري .هذا وبعد تفريغ البيانات والحصول على الدرجات الخام وتبويبها، واستخدام القوانين الإحصائية المناسبة، واستعمال البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS-17 في تحليل هذه البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا؛ خلصت الدراسة وفقا لفرضياتها إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها ما أظهرته نتائج جميع الفرضيات، باستيفاء اللوائح والتشريعات وأطراف التواصل البيداغوجي الجامعي، سواء في نظر الأساتذة أو في نظر الطلبة لشروط كفاءته وجودته بدرجة متوسطة، وأكدت الدراسة ختاما، على ضرورة وأهمية الاهتمام بموضوع الكفاءة التواصلية كشرط لا بد منه لضمان النوعية التربوية في التعليم الجامعي. This research “The Efficiency of the University Pedagogical Communication in the light of the Quality standards: An analytical Approach in the view of the Pedagogical Contract” is an exploratory descriptive study that is based on describing a phenomenon, highlighting its elements, and drawing attention to its dimensions. The problem and the objectives of this study seek, through two chapters of theoretical framework, to search for the conditions and standards of the university pedagogical communication efficiency based on the quality standards. In addition, looking through the field study, that has been conducted through two stages, to how extent does the university pedagogical communication fulfill legally and practically its quality and normative efficiency conditions as it is determined by the modern quality systems. This study aims to answer two main research questions: 1) To how extent are the quality conditions of the university pedagogical communication efficiency among the parts of the university didactic contract fulfilled in the legislations and the regulations that are determined by the new reform plan (L.M.D) from the point view of lecturers? (Research in the tools and conditions). 2) Do the pedagogical contract parts practice the pedagogical communication action based on the pedagogical communication quality standards which are determined by the modern quality systems?(research in the standards and practices evaluation). As a result, two general reported hypotheses and four sub-hypotheses have been resulted. Indeed, the problem and the hypotheses of this study have been treated based on the analytical descriptive methods, which is the most suitable for describing the reality of the communication in the learning and instructional positions from the point view of the lecturers and students, through the following steps: 1) Exploratory step: included the equipment and establishment of the final study instruments 2) Final step: it has been applied-in the view of the exploratory study findings-on a sample of total number of 458 male and female students, which have been chosen randomly from the Kulliyahs of Al-Arbi Ben Mehidi University in Um El Bouaghi, and another sample of a total number of 416 male and female lecturers from the faculties and departments of the same university. They were distributed on three groups according to the data collection instruments used in this study, namely four surveys built on the view of the theoretical framework. After transcribing the data, obtaining and tabulating the main scores, using the suitable statistical rules, and using the statistical program SPSS-17 to analyze the data statistically, the study has concluded-according to its hypotheses- that the legislations and the parts of the university pedagogical communication has fulfilled moderately to the conditions of its quality and efficiency from the point view of lecturers and students as well. Finally, the study has emphasized on the necessity of giving more attention to the communicative efficiency as an essential condition to ensure the educational quality in our university pedagogy.
