هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الممارسات التربوية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية بالدوادمي في جامعة شقراء من وجهة نظرهم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة تضمنت (29) فقرة طبقت على عينة قوامها (25) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس (ذكور، إناث). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الممارسات التربوية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة, بمتوسط حسابي (4,18) وانحراف معياري (0,64)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة. وقد تضمنت الدراسة توصيات منها، عقد مجموعة من اللقاءات والاجتماعات بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس أنفسهم لتبادل الخبرات وتعزيز الممارسات الايجابية الصادرة عنهم، وعقد دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وخصوصا الجدد، لترشدهم إلى أهم الممارسات الايجابية التي يجب التقيد بها داخل الجامعة. The aim of this study is to identify the educational practices among Education Faculty members at Shaqra University in Al-Dawadmi from their perspective. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire that included (29) items, applied to a sample of (25) male and female faculty members. The results of the study showed that level of the educational practices among the individuals of the study sample was of a high degree, with a mean (4.18) and standard deviation (0.64), but there weren’t statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the arithmetic means to the estimates of individuals of the study sample individuals attributed to the study variables. The researcher recommended holding meetings of faculty members themselves to share experiences and promote their positive practices, and holding training courses to faculty members, particularly those who have been recently appointed, to guide them to positive practices they are required to observe inside the university.
