هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية بوابة جامعة القدس المفتوحة الأكاديمية من وجهة نظر عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التكنولوجيا والعلوم التطبيقية وفق المعايير العالمية لتصميم المواقع الإلكترونية في ضوء متغيرات: نوع الوظيفة، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 114 فرداً تم اختيارهم بطريقة متيسرة. ولتحقيق غرض الدراسة استخدمت استبانة من إعداد فريق البحث مكونة من 59 فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات: تحسن خبرة المستخدم، والصفحة الرئيسة للموقع، والصور والوسائط المتعددة، والبحث. ولدى تحليل البيانات اللازمة أظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لفعالية بوابة جامعة القدس المفتوحة الأكاديمية كانت بمستوى عالٍ على المجالات: تحسن خبرة المستخدم، والصفحة الرئيسة للموقع، والصور والوسائط المتعددة، والمجموع الكلي، بينما كانت هذه التقديرات بمستوى متوسط على مجال البحث. ومن جهة أخرى، أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى تقييم فعالية بوابة جامعة القدس المفتوحة تبعاً لمتغير نوع الوظيفة وذلك على المجالات: الصفحة الرئيسة للموقع، والصور والوسائط المتعددة، والبحث، والمجموع الكلي لصالح المتفرغين، وعدم وجود فروق جوهرية في هذه التقديرات على مجال تحسن خبرة المستخدم، وعدم وجود فروق جوهرية أيضاً في تقديرات فعالية هذه البوابة تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة باستثناء مجال البحث؛ إذ أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة تبعاً لسنوات الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة المتوسطة (5-10) سنوات. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Academic Gateway of Al-Quds Open University from a sample of the faculty at the College of Technology and Applied Sciences members of view according to international standards for web design in light of variables: Job type, qualification, experience. Study sample consisted of 114 members selected affordable way. To achieve the purpose of the study the researchers used a questionnaire prepared by the research team composed of 59 items distributed into four areas: improved user experience, the main page of the site, photographs, multimedia, and research. When the necessary data analysis of the results showed that the sample of the study of the effectiveness of Al-Quds Open University Gateway Academy members estimates were high level on areas: improved user experience, and the home of the site, photographs, multimedia, and the total, while those estimates an average level on the field of research. On the other hand, the results showed a statistically significant difference of the level of assessing the effectiveness of gate-Quds Open University, depending on the variable function type, and so on areas: the main page of the site, photographs, multimedia, and search, and the total benefit of full-time, and the absence of significant differences of these estimates on the field improve the user experience, and the lack of significant differences also in the effectiveness of this portal estimates depending on qualification for the variable, and experience with the exception of the research; the results showed the existence of significant differences depending on years of experience in favor of middle-experience 5-10 years.
