هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقات الإنسانية بين المديرين والمدرسين في المدرسة الثانوية، من وجهة نظر المدرسين. وقد استخدم في البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاعتماد على استبانة تضمنت 26 عبارة لجمع المعلومات ووجهات نظر المدرسين. وزعت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية شملت 100 فردا، منهم 61 ذكرا، و 39 أنثى، من المدرسين الطلبة في دبلوم التأهيل التربوي، في كلية التربية بجامعة دمشق، .2010/ في الفصل الثاني من العام 2009 أظهرت النتائج أن العلاقات الإنسانية في المدارس جيدة، ولذلك لم يظهر اختبار (ت) أية فروق بين أفراد العينة سواء بحسب الجنس، أو بحسب سنوات الخدمة، أو بحسب جنس المدير (ذكرا أم أنثى)، فيما يتعّلق بالعلاقات الإنسانية بين المديرين والمدرسين في المدرسة الثانوية. كما أشار اختبار أنوفا (ف) أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق بين المدرسين بحسب نوع المدرسة التي يعملون فيها (ذكور، إناث، مختلطة)، عن هذه العلاقات. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من المقترحات تركزت حول تدريب المديرين على العلاقات الإنسانية وتحسينها مع المدرسين. This research aims to reveal the Human Relationships Between Managers and Teachers in Secondary Schools, from viewpoint of teachers. The research adopted the analytical descriptive approach, using the questioner, it involved 26 items to gathering information and opinions from the teachers. The sample was selected randomly, and involved 100 members, 61 males and 39 females, from teachers who were students of Educational qualification Diplomat at Faculty of education in Damascus University, at second part of year (2009-2010). The results showed that the human relationships were good Between Managers and Teachers. So that the (T-test) showed that there was no difference between Viewpoints of The Teachers according to the sex of teachers (male and female) or (service years) or sex of Managers (male or female) about the human relationships between managers and teachers. At other side, the (F-test) showed that there were not any differences between the teachers from three types of secondary schools (males, female, Mixed) about the human relationships between managers and teachers. The research came up with a number of suggestions centralized about training the schools Manages on the Human Relationships and improving that Relationships with the teachers. (Published abstract)
