AU - الكساب، علي عبد الكريم محمد AU - هماش، حنان AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة التربية العملية في تخصص معلم صف في كلية العلوم التربوية والآداب الجامعية (الأونروا) نحو مهنة التدريس، ومعرفة فيما إذا كانت هذه الاتجاهات تختلف تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والمعدل التراكمي ومعدل الثانوية العامة وفرعها الأكاديمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 111 طالبا وطالبة من الطلبة الملتحقين في برنامج التربية العملية الميداني خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي 2010/2011، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف طبق مقياس الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاهات طلبة التربية العملية في تخصص معلم صف نحو مهنة التدريس كانت إيجابية، كما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو مهنة التدريس تعزى للمعدل التراكمي ولصالح المعدل الأعلى (ممتاز)، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس ومعدل الثانوية العامة وفرعها الأكاديمي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The purpose of the present investigation was to identify attitudes held by practical education pre-service classroom teachers in the University College of Educational Sciences & Arts (UNRWA) towards the profession of teaching, and to find out whether such attitudes were vary by the variables of gender, cumulative average, GPA, and academic stream in the secondary school were found. The sample consisted of 111 students enrolled in the Practical Education Program during the academic year 2010/2011. To achieve the study goal, Attitudes towards Profession of Teaching scale developed by (Abdulrahman et al., 1992) was administered. Findings from the current study revealed positive attitudes held by Practical Education pre-service classroom students towards the profession of teaching. Similarly, findings revealed statistically significant differences among student attitudes towards the profession of teaching attributed to cumulative average in favor of higher GPAs (Excellence), and no statistically significant differences attributed to such variables as gender, GPA and academic stream in the secondary school. Results were discussed in light of literature reviewed and prior studies.
