AU - طشطوش، رامي عبد الله AB - The purpose of this study was to investigate social responsibility level of class resources teachers in publics’ school in the Governorate of Irbid in Jordan, and to find out the effect of demographic variables of gender, qualification, years of experience, marital status, monthly income, and place of living on Social responsibility level. The participants of the study were (48) male and female teachers. The data were handled statistically by calculated the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The results revealed that the participants of the study possess social responsibility to a high level, comes as follows: the field of religious and ethical responsibility in the first place among the areas of social responsibility, and was ranked the last field of collective responsibility among the domains of the social responsibility. There were statistical significant differences in social responsibility level due to gender variable. And there were no statistical significant differences in social responsibility level due to qualification, years of experience, marital status, monthly income, and place of living.(Author's abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif AB - تستقصي الدراسة الحالية مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى معلمي غرف المصادر في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة اربد في الأردن، وتحديد الفروق في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية تبعاً لبعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية؛ كالجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والحالة الاجتماعية، والدخل الشهري، ومكان السكن. بلغ عدد أفراد الدراسة (48) معلما ومعلمةً. تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً عن طريق حساب المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، والاختبار التائي (t-test) وتحليل التباين الأحادي .(One-Way ANOVA) أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد الدراسة كان مرتفعاً، إذ جاء مجال المسؤولية الدينية والأخلاقية في المرتبة الأولى بين مجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وجاء بالمرتبة الأخيرة مجال المسؤولية الجماعية. أشارت نتائج التحليل إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد الدراسة، تعزى لمتغير الجنس. بينما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أفراد الدراسة، تعزى لمتغيرات: المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والحالة الاجتماعية، والدخل الشهري، ومكان السكن.(ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif OP - ص ص. 375-400 T1 - مستوى المسؤولية الإجتماعية لدى معلمي غرف المصادر في ضوء بعض المتغيرات [مقال]
