AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين أبعاد القيادة التربوية بالذكاء العاطفي لدى قائدات رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (51) روضة أطفال حكومية في مدينة جدة، وبالتالي (51) قائدة رياض أطفال. تكونت أداة الدراسة من استبيان القيادة التربوية (مرسي، 1998) ويتكون من خمس أبعاد وهي (الموضوعية، السلطة، المرونة، فهم الآخرين، معرفة مبادئ الاتصال)، استبيان الذكاء العاطفي (كردي، 2010)، ويتكون من أربعة أبعاد، هي: المهارات الاجتماعية، الوعي الانفعالي بالذات، معالجة الجوانب الانفعالية، التعاطف. تم التأكد من الصدق والثبات للأداتين بواسطة تطبيقهما من قبل الدكتورة (كردي، 2010) على المجتمع السعودي بمدينة الطائف. كانت نتائج الدراسة كالآتي: 1) عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01=ɑ) بين متوسط درجة أبعاد القيادة التربوية بمتوسط درجة الذكاء العاطفي لدى قائدات رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة. 2) عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01=ɑ) بين متوسط درجة بعد (الموضوعية) في القيادة التربوية بمتوسط درجة الذكاء العاطفي لدى قائدات رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة. 3) عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01=ɑ) بين متوسط درجة بعد (السلطة) في القيادة التربوية بمتوسط درجة الذكاء العاطفي لدى قائدات رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة. 4) عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01=ɑ) بين متوسط درجة بعد (المرونة) في القيادة التربوية بمتوسط درجة الذكاء العاطفي لدى قائدات رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة. 5) عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01=ɑ) بين متوسط درجة بعد (فهم الآخرين) في القيادة التربوية بمتوسط درجة الذكاء العاطفي لدى قائدات رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة. 6) عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01=ɑ) بين متوسط درجة بعد (معرفة مبادئ الاتصال) في القيادة التربوية بمتوسط درجة الذكاء العاطفي لدى قائدات رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة. AB - This study was designed to identify the relationship between the dimensions of educational leadership and the emotional intelligence of kindergarten leaders in Jeddah. The sample of the study consisted of (51) government kindergartens in Jeddah city and thus (51) kindergarten leaders (Kurdish, 2010), consisting of five dimensions, and it was verified the honesty and stability of the two instruments by applying them to (Dr. Kurdi, 2010) on the Saudi society in Taif city. The result of the study as follows: 1) There is no statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (a = 0.01) between the average dimensions of the educational leadership with the average emotional intelligence score among kindergarten leaders in Jeddah. 2) There is no statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (a = 0.01) between the average degree after (objective) in educational leadership with the average degree of emotional intelligence among kindergarten leaders in Jeddah. 3) The absence of a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (a = 0.01) between the average distance after (power) in the educational leadership with the average degree of emotional intelligence among kindergarten leaders in Jeddah. 4) There is no statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (a = 0.01) between the average distance after (elasticity) in educational leadership with the average degree of emotional intelligence among kindergarten leaders in Jeddah. 5) There is no statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (a = 0.01) between the average distance after (understanding others) in the educational leadership with the average degree of emotional intelligence of kindergarten leaders in Jeddah. 6) There is no statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (a = 0.01) between the average distance after learning the principles of communication in the educational leadership with the average degree of emotional intelligence among kindergarten leaders in Jeddah.
