AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لطالبات مكتب تعليم وسط الرياض من وجهة نظر المعلمات. كما هدفت إلى التعرف على أبرز العوامل المؤثرة على مستوى التحصيل لديهن. اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، في حين استخدمت حزمة التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الدراسة والتوصل إلى نتائجها. أظهرت النتائج أن أبرز الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى تدني مستوى تحصيل الطالبات بشكل عام، من وجهة نظر المعلمات، أسباب تعود لإهمال الطالبات في المتابعة والتحضير والاستيعاب وغيرها من الأمور. كما بينت النتائج أن العوامل المتعلقة بأولياء الأمور ومتابعتهم للطالبات من أهم العوامل التي تؤدي إلى تدني مستوى التحصيل لدى الطالبات. أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: ضرورة متابعة المدرسة وإدارتها للأدوات التي تحتاجها المعلمات داخل الغرفة الصفية والعمل على توفيرها لمساندة المعلمة في أداء العملية التعليمية. كما أوصت المدرسة بالعمل بشكل مستمر على تطوير البنية التحتية من خلال التواصل الدائم والفعال مع وزارة التعليم ممثلة بمكاتب التعليم في كافة المناطق. بالإضافة إلى ضرورة العمل على الخطط العلاجية للطالبات لرفع مستوى التفكير لديهن وزيادة الأنشطة التفاعلية التي تساهم في رفع مستوى التحصيل لديهن. AB - This study aimed to identify the level of student achievement from the teacher’s point of view. The study also aimed to identify the most important factors affecting the level of these achievements. The study was based on a questionnaire to collect research data, while used statistical package for social science (SPSS) in order to analysis the research data and come up with its results. The results showed that the level of student achievement in general is low level from teacher’s point of view. The results also showed that the main reasons for the low level of student achievement in general is the neglect of students in the follow-up, preparation, absorption and other matters. The results. also showed that the factors related to parents and follow-up of students and bring them out of school hours to attend the reinforcement classes are among the most important factors that lead to low level of achievement among female students. The study recommended that the schools and schools manager should be available the helping tools that teacher need to achieve their goals. As well as, the researcher recommends that the school should be continuously work on the development of infrastructure through continuous and effective communication with the Ministry of Education.
