AB - هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن آليات لتحسين أداء قائدات المدارس الأهلية في ضوء القيادة الإلكترونية بشمال الرياض. اتبعت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمات في المدارس الأهلية. تم اختيار عينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، بلغت (107) معلمات. تم تطوير أداة الدراسة، وهي استبانة تكونت من (39) فقرة. أشارت أهم النتائج إلى أن درجة تفعيل قائدات المدارس الأهلية للقيادة الإلكترونية بشمال الرياض مرتفعة، وجاء محور دور القيادة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء قائدات المدارس بالمرتبة الأولى، وبدرجة مرتفعة، ثم جاء محور واقع ممارسة القيادة الإلكترونية بالمرتبة الثانية، وبدرجة مرتفعة، وجاء محور التحديات التي تواجه ممارسة قائدات المدارس للقيادة الإلكترونية بالمرتبة الأخيرة، وبدرجة متوسطة. اقترحت الباحثتان عدة آليات لتحسين أداء القائدات، مثل: تطوير الشخصية، والثقة الإلكترونية لقائدات المدارس. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة قائدات المدارس الأهلية بتطبيق القيادة الإلكترونية في جوانب عملهن وأنشطتهن المختلفة، بالآليات المقترحة، وتوفير التنمية المهنية للقائدات في ميدان القيادة الإلكترونية. وكانت نسبة الاقتباس للبحث 17%. AB - This study aims to uncover mechanisms to improve the performance of private school leaders in light of the electronic leadership in northern Riyadh. The researchers followed the descriptive survey approach. The study community composed of (107) female teachers in private schools. It is a questionnaire consisting of (39) items. The most important results indicated that the degree of activation of the leaders of private schools for electronic leadership in North Riyadh is high. The focus of the role of electronic leadership in improving the performance of school leaders came in the first rank, with a high degree, then the axis of the reality of practicing electronic leadership came in the second rank, with a high degree, and the focus of the challenges facing school leaders' practice of electronic leadership came last, with a medium degree. The researchers suggested several mechanisms to improve female leaders' performance, such as developing the personality and electronic trust of school leaders. In light of the results, the study recommended private school leaders to apply e-leadership in their various aspects of work and activities, with the proposed mechanisms, and to provide professional development for female leaders in the field of e-leadership.
