AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع القيادة التكيفية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم العام (ابتدائي -إعدادي - ثانوي) من وجهة نظر المعلمين. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وكانت مكونة من (36) عبارة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد فرعية: استكشاف وتهيئة بيئة العمل التعليمية - تعزيز التعاون وروح المشاركة - التصحيح الذاتي والتأمل - إيجاد حلول مبتكرة قائمة على المشاركة المجتمعية - الحوكمة الفاعلة). طبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة قدرها (1120) معلما من المعلمين والمعلمات بمدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة البحر الأحمر، بمناطق الغردقة، سفاجا. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية على تحقق القيادة التكيفية وأبعادها الخمسة لدى مديري مدارس التعليم العام بدرجة عالية وترتبت كالتالي: الحوكمة الفاعلة ثم إيجاد حلول مبتكرة قائمة على المشاركة المجتمعية ثم استكشاف وتهيئة بيئة العمل التعليمية ثم تعزيز التعاون وروح المشاركة ثم أخيرا التصحيح الذاتي والتأمل، واقترحت الدراسة بناءا على نتائج الدراسة النظرية والميدانية، تعرض الدراسة بعض المقترحات الآتية: 1) نشر ثقافة التكيف في القيادة وترسيخه في أذهان مديري المدارس من خلال ورش العمل والتدريبات التي تمكنهم من مواجهة التحديات والأزمات الطارئة. 2) عمل لقاءات مع القيادات على مستوى الإدارة لمناقشة استراتيجيات القيادة التكيفية التي تدعم الإبداع وإيجاد الحلول غير المألوفة في تذليل العقبات التي تواجه تنفيذ القرارات الإدارية وبحث سبل تنفيذها داخل المدارس وفق الإمكانات المتاحة. AB - The study aimed to reveal the reality of adaptive leadership among public education school principals (primary preparatory-secondary) from the teachers' perspective. The study followed the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study which composed of two 36 statements distributed over five sub-dimensions: exploring and creating the educational work environment - enhancing cooperation and the spirit of participation - self-correction and reflection - finding innovative solutions based on community participation - effective governan. The study tool was applied to a sample of (1120) male and female teachers in general education schools in the Red Sea Governorate, in the Hurghada and Safaga areas. The results of the field study revealed that adaptive leadership and its five dimensions were achieved among public education school principals to a high degree and were arranged as follows: effective governance, then finding innovative solutions based on community participation, then exploring and creating the educational work environment, then enhancing cooperation and the spirit of participation, and finally self-correction and reflection.
