AB - تهدف الدراسة إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج قائم على مهارات الإدراك البصري في خفض الإجهاد العقلي لدى عينة من المعاقين سمعيا، وذلك عن طريق إعداد وتطبيق مجموعة من الأدوات، هي: مقياس الإدراك البصري، ومقياس الإجهاد العقلي والبرنامج القائم على الإدراك البصري وجميعها من إعداد الباحثين، وبعد التأكد من الكفاءة السيكومترية للمقياسين تم تطبيقهما على العينة الأساسية البالغ عددها (27) طالبا بالمرحلة الإعدادية بمدارس الصم بمحافظة البحر الأحمر، لاختبار صحة الفروض السيكومترية حيث أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين الإدراك البصري بمهاراته والإجهاد العقلي، كما أسفرت النتائج عن إمكانية التنبؤ بالإجهاد العقلي بدلالة الإدراك البصري بنسبة وصلت إلى (74%)، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى الإجهاد العقلي بين المرتقعين والمنخفضين على مقياس مهارات الإدراك البصري لدى عينة من المعاقين سمعيا لصالح المرتفعين في كلا من (التمييز والإغلاق، والتحليل والإدراك البصري ككل)، وفي ضوء ذلك تم اختبار صحة الفرض التجريبي بتطبيق أدوات الدراسة على المجموعة التجريبية البالغ عددها (18) من المعاقين سمعيا؛ حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فعالية البرنامج القائم على الإدراك البصري في خفض الإجهاد العقلي لدى المعاقين سمعيا بحجم تأثير كبير، كما تم في ضوء ذلك تفسير نتائج الدراسة وتقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات. AB - The study aims to verify the effectiveness of a program based on visual perception skills in reducing mental fatigue among a sample of hearing-impaired students, by preparing and applying a set of tools: the visual perception scale, the mental fatigue scale, and the program based on visual perception, all prepared by the researchers. After confirming the psychometric efficiency of the two scales, they were applied to a core sample of (27) students in the middle school for the deaf in the Red Sea Governorate, to test the validity of the psychometric hypotheses. The results showed a statistically significant relationship at the (0.01) level between visual perception skills and mental stress. The results also showed a the possibility of predicting mental fatigue in terms of visual perception reached a rate of (74%), while there are statistically significant differences in mental fatigue between those high and low on the scale of visual perception skills among a sample of the hearing impaired in favor of those who are high in both (discrimination and closure, analysis and visual perception as a whole), and in In light of this, the validity of the experimental hypothesis was tested by applying the study tools to the experimental group of (18) hearing impaired students. The results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the program based on visual perception in reducing mental fatigue among the hearing impaired with a large effect size.
