AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة توظيف القيادة الرقمية بالجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين في ضوء تأثير بعض المتغيرات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (410) أكاديمي تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من المجتمع الذي تراوح عدده (3110) وفقا للكتاب الإحصائي السنوي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي (2020-2021). اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام الإحصاء الوصفي، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توظيف القيادة الرقمية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي يساوي (3.59) بوزن نسبي (71.7%) وفقا لآراء أفراد العينة على الدرجة الكلية ومجالات الاستبانة، وتبين أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات العينة على مقياس القيادة الرقمية بالجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين تعزى إلى الجنس، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة، بينما كشفت عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات العينة على مقياس القيادة الرقمية بالجامعات الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين تعزى إلى الجامعة لصالح جامعة الخليل. أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إنشاء رؤية استراتيجية واضحة للقيادة الرقمية ومعلنة للجميع والاهتمام بتطوير القدرات القيادية والرقمية. AB - The study aims to identify the degree of employing digital leadership in Palestinian universities from the point of view of academics in the light of the impact of some variables. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach. The annual statistician for higher education institutions (2020-2021), and the study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection and analysis using descriptive statistics. on the total score and the fields of the questionnaire, and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the sample responses on the digital leadership scale in Palestinian universities from the academics’ point of view due to gender, specialization, and years of experience, while it revealed that there were differences Statistically significant at the significance level (α≤0.05) among the averages of the sample responses on the digital leadership scale in Palestinian universities from the academics point of view attributed to the university in favor of Hebron University.
