AB - هدف البحث إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج قائم على الذكاء الناجح في تحسين جودة الحياة النفسية لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بدولة الكويت. استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية. تكونت كل منهما من (10) معلمين من معلمي التربية الخاصة بدولة الكويت، وأعد الباحث مقياس جودة الحياة النفسية، وبرنامج قائم على الذكاء الناجح. أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية على مقياس جودة الحياة النفسية لصالح القياس البعدي، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في القياس البعدي لجودة الحياة النفسية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يشير إلى فاعلية البرنامج في تحسين جودة الحياة النفسية، كما استمرت فاعلية البرنامج لمدة شهر بعد إنتهاء البرنامج. AB - The research aimed to verify the effectiveness of a program based on successful intelligence in improving the psychological quality of life among special education teachers in Kuwait. The researcher used the experimental method by designing the control and experimental groups, each of which consisted of (10) teachers of special education in Kuwait. The researcher prepared, quality of psychological life, and a program based on successful intelligence, the results of the search revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group on the psychological quality of life scale in favor of the post measurement, and there are statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups in the post measurement of psychological quality of life in favor of the experimental group, which indicates the effectiveness of the program in improving psychological quality of life.
