AB - يهدف البحث إلى إعداد مقياس لتشخيص صعوبات الفهم القرائي والتعبير الكتابي، حيث تكون من محورين أساسين هما الفهم القرائي والتعبير الكتابي، وتم وضع أسئلة هذين المحورين بعد إجراء تحليل محتوى لمناهج اللغة العربية المصرية المقررة على الصفين الأول والثاني الإعدادي. تكون المقياس في صورته النهائية من (45) سؤالا للفهم القرائي، و(3) موضوعات للتعبير الكتابي، وتم عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين للتحقق من صدقه. أسفرت آراء السادة المحكمين عن الإبقاء عن كل عباراته، وتعديل وصياغة بعض العبارات، وللتحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس قام الباحثون بتطبيقه على عينة قوامها (262) طالبا وطالبة بالصف الثاني الإعاداي بمدارس (متولي الشعراوي الإعدادية بنين وهدي شعراوي الإعدادية بنات) بمحافظة القاهرة حيث تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (12 سنة و9 أشهر - 13 سنة و6 أشهر)، بمتوسط قدره (12.85)، وانحراف معياري قدره (0.387). أسفرت نتائج البحث عن أن المقياس يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الصدق والثبات وأنه صالح للاستخدام فى البحوث العلمية. AB - This research aims to prepare a scale for diagnosing the reading comprehension and written expression difficulties among students. It also aims at verifying the validity and stability of the scale and determining its standards. To achieve this aim, the researchers have developed the scale in its final form which consists of two main axes: the reading comprehension (45) questions, and written expression (3) topics. The scale has been proposed to some reviewers to verify its validity. After being reviewed, the researchers have applied the scale on (262) students, aged from (12 years and 9 months - 13 years and 6 months), with an average age of 12.85, standard deviation of (0.387). Standards have been measured. The T- scores and the total score percentiles of the scale have been measured as well. Results have indicated the validity, reliability, and practicality of the scale.
