AB - يهدف البحث التعرف على قواعد البيانات للرسائل والأطاريح وأنواعها التي توافرها المواقع الإلكترونية للمكتبات المركزية والجامعات العراقية. تمثلت عينة البحث (10 مكتبات) وهي عينة قصدية من مختلف الجامعات الحكومية العراقية التي توجد فيها دراسات عليا وموزعة على عموم القطر. وخرج البحث بعدة نتائج نذكر منها: أن نسبة (60%) من المكتبات عينة البحث توافر أدلة أو كشافات أو فهارس بالرسائل والاطاريح الجامعية عبر موقعها الإلكتروني. ونسبة (20%) من المكتبات تعرف بها ضمن الفهرس الآلي المتاح عبر الموقع الإلكتروني للمكتبة. ونسبة (20%) لا تتوافر فيها أي وسيلة للتعريف بها. ومن توصيات البحث: تصميم قاعدة بيانات للرسائل والأطاريح جاهزة تعتمدها المكتبات والجامعات تضم صفوف (سجلات) وأعمدة (حقول) بالمعلومات البيليوغرافية أو تضم تحميلا للمحتوى الرقمي لها. وترتبط القاعدة بروابط علاقية ومنطقية وقد تكون هرمية تبدأ من الوزارة ثم الجامعات ثم الكليات وبعدها نصل إلى رسائل وأطاريح الأقسام أو العكس. AB - The research aims at identifying the databases of theses and dissertations and their types provided by the websites of the central libraries and Iraqi Universities, and the research sample consisted of (10 libraries), which is an intentional sample from various Iraqi public Universities in which there are postgraduate studies and distributed throughout the country. Results of study included (60%) of the research Sample libraries provide evidence, directories, or indexes of theses and dissertations through their website. A percentage (20%) of the libraries is known in the automated index available on the library’s website. A percentage (20%) does not provide any means of identification. The study recommended design a ready-made database of letters and dissertations to be approved by libraries and universities that includes rows (records) and columns (fields) with bibliographic information or includes a download of digital content for them. The database is linked by logical and relational links, and it may be hierarchical, starting with the Ministry, then Universities, then Colleges, and after that, we reach the Theses and dissertations of the departments or versa.
