AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الصعوبات (التنظيمية - التمويلية - الشخصية) التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الإدارة التربوية في الجامعات السعودية في نشر الأبحاث في المجلات العلمية المحكمة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة للدراسة، وطبقت الأداة على (99) عضو هيئة تدريس بقسم الإدارة التربوية بمختلف الجامعات السعودية الحكومية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1) أن الصعوبات التمويلية التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الإدارة التربوية في الجامعات السعودية في نشر الأبحاث العلمية المحكمة، جاءت بدرجة عالية، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.62 من 3). 2) أن الصعوبات الشخصية التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الإدارة التربوية في الجامعات السعودية في نشر الأبحاث العلمية المحكمة، جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي (2.32 من 3). 3) أن الصعوبات التنظيمية التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الإدارة التربوية في الجامعات السعودية في نشر الأبحاث العلمية المحكمة جات بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حساب (2.32 من 3). وأوصت الدراسة بما يلي: 1) الاهتمام بتقليل تكلفة النشر حتى لا تمثل عائقا أمام الباحثين. 2) إيجاد معايير واضحة ومحددة للنشر، وأن تطبق على الجميع دون تمييز. AB - This study aimed at discovering the organizational, financial and personal difficulties which face the teaching staff of educational management at Saudi universities in publishing perfect researches in scientific magazines. The researcher used the survey descriptive methodology and the questionnaire as a study tool. The researcher applied the tool to 99 teaching staff members of educational management departments in various government Saudi universities. The study results showed the following: 1) The financial difficulties which face the teaching staff of educational management at Saudi universities in publishing perfect researches are high and of 2.62 out of 3 arithmetic average. 2) The personal difficulties which face the teaching staff of educational management at Saudi universities in publishing perfect researches are moderate and of 2.32 out of 3 arithmetic average. 3) The personal difficulties which face the teaching staff of educational management at Saudi universities in publishing perfect researches are moderate and of 2.32 out of 3 arithmetic average. Study recommendations: 1) To care for minimizing publishing cost so as not to impede researchers. 2) Finding clear and definite standards for publishing to be applied to all without discrimination.
