AB - يهدف البحث التعرف على مستوى الكفاءة المعرفية لدى المعلمين. ودلالة الفرق في الكفاءة المعرفية لدى المعلمين تبعا لمتغير (الجنس). والتعرف على مستوى اليقظة الذهنية لدى المعلمين. ودلالة الفرق في اليقظة الذهنية لدى المعلمين تبعا لمتغير (الجنس). والتعرف على العلاقة بين الكفاءة المعرفية الدافعية لدى المعلمين. واقتصر البحث على المعلمين في محافظة صلاح الدين وتضمنت عينة البحث (400) تدريسي موزعين على ذكور وإناث ولتحقق هدف البحث أعد الباحث المقاييس التالية: أعداد مقياس الكفاءة المعرفية وأعداد مقياس اليقظة الذهنية. أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكفاءة المعرفية لدى أفراد العينة بشكل عام ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكفاءة المعرفية لدى أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير الجنس. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اليقظة الذهنية لدى أفراد العينة بشكل عام لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اليقظة الذهنية لدى أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير الجنس. توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين المتغيرين، الكفاءة المعرفية واليقظة الذهنية. AB - Education is an outstanding element in the contemporary social structure. As such, the study aims at answering the questions of the level of epistemological competence among instructors and elaborating on the difference of such competence among instructors according to their sex. The study is confined to the instructors of Salah al-Din governorate. It entails 400 instructors of the two sexes. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher relies upon two measurable tools, namely these of epistemological competence and cognitive promptitude. The study concludes the followings: there are statistical difference in the level of epistemological competence among the members of one family. However, there are difference if they are measured according to sex. The study further concludes that there is a statistically significant correlation between cognitive efficiency and mental efficiency. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
