AB - هدفت الدراسة وضع تصور مقترح لتحسين الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية في المملكة العربية السعودية على ضوء الرشاقة التنظيمية، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (52) قائد وقائدة بالمدارس الثانوية الحكومية والأهلية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستعانت الباحثة بالاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة التي اشتملت على أربع محاور فرعية: (التخطيط، التنظيم، الرقابة، التقويم) وتضمنت على (12) موقفا إداريا توزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية من قائدي وقائدات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية والأهلية بمنطقة حائل والبالغ عددهم (52) قائد وقائدة، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية أنه من الضروري التعرف تطبيق أبعاد الرشاقة التنظيمية لتحسين الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال المحاور الأربعة الرئيسة التي تتعلق بالوظائف الإدارية الأربع (التخطيط - التنظيم - الرقابة - التقويم)، من خلال الثلاثة أبعاد الرئيسة التي تمثلت في (بعد الاستشعار - بعد اتخاذ القرار - بعد الممارسة). وتوصلت الدراسة لوضع تصور مقترح يحدد العلاقة الوثيقة بين أبعاد الرشاقة التنظيمية الثلاثة (بعد الاستشعار، بعد اتخاذ القرار، بعد الممارسة) وبين الوظائف الإدارية الأربع (التخطيط - التنظيم - الرقابة - التقويم) وذلك لتطوير الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية في المملكة العربية السعودية. AB - The study aimed to develop a proposed concept to improve the institutional performance in secondary schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of organizational agility. The study used the descriptive approach, and the researcher used the questionnaire to collect the data of the study, which included four sub axes: (planning, organization, control, evaluation) and included (12) administrative positions. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (52) leaders and leaders of public and private secondary schools in Hail region. he results of the field study revealed that it is necessary to identify the reality of the application of organizational agility dimensions to improve the institutional performance in secondary schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the four main axes related to the four administrative functions (planning - organization - control - evaluation), through the three main dimensions represented In (after sensing - after making decision - after practice) The study came up with a proposed concept to determine the close relationship between the three dimensions of organizational agility (after sensing, after decision making, after practice) and the four administrative functions (planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluation) in order to develop the institutional performance in secondary schools in Saudi Arabia.
