AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تجارب معلمي التربية الخاصة في التعامل مع المشكلات السلوكية التي يظهرها الطلاب ذوو الإعاقة، عبر التعرف إلى المشكلات السلوكية التي تظهر لدى الطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة، وأهم الاستراتيجيات المستخدمة المواجهة هذه السلوكيات، ومدى امتلاك معلمي التربية الخاصة الكفاءة لإعداد خطط تعديل السلوك واستخدم الباحث المنهج النوعي وتحديدا الظاهراتي. وتكونت أداة الدراسة من مقابلات شبه منظمة تكونت من (13) سؤالا وجهت إلى (15) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي التربية الخاصة ممن يعملون في مراكز ومعاهد التربية الخاصة. وحللت البيانات باستخدام طريقة تحليل الموضوعات (Thematic Analysis). وأظهرت نتيجة الدراسة أن أكثر السلوكيات غير المرغوبة المنتشرة بين الطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة داخل الصف هي: العدوانية والتنمر، والنشاط الزائد وتشتت الانتباه، وأن الإجراءات التي ينفذها المعلمون لمواجهة هذه السلوكيات هي إجراءات غير منظمة وعشوائية، إذ لا تطبق خطط تعديل سلوك رسمية لكل طالب، وأن أكثر الاستراتيجيات التي يستخدمها المعلمون في مواجهة المشكلات السلوكية، هي استراتيجيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي، كالتعزيز والعقاب والتجاهل وقد خرجت هذه الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها: عمل دورات تدريبية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة لتنفيذ خطط تعديل السلوك وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المبنية على الأدلة التي أثبتت فاعليتها في مواجهة المشكلات السلوكية لدى ذوي الإعاقة. AB - The study aimed to reveal the experiences of special education teachers in dealing with the behavioral problems presented by students with disabilities, by identifying the behavioral problems that appear among students with disabilities, the most important strategies used to confront these behaviors, and the extent to which special education teachers have the competence to prepare adjustment plans. the behavior. The researcher used the qualitative method, specifically the phenomenology. The study tool consisted of semi-structured interviews consisting of (13) questions directed to (15) male and female teachers of special education who work in special education centers and institutes. The data was analyzed using thematic analysis method. The result of the study showed that the most undesirable behaviors prevalent among students with disabilities in the classroom are aggression, bullying, excessive activity and distraction, and that the actions that teachers implement to counter these behaviors are unorganized and random, as no formal behavior modification plans are applied for each student. And that most of the strategies that teachers use in facing behavioral problems are the strategies of applied behavior analysis, such as reinforcement, punishment and ignoring. This study came out with many recommendations, the most important of which are: Training courses for special education teachers to implement behavior modification plans and implement evidence-based strategies that have proven effective in confronting behavioral problems among people with disabilities.
