AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة توافر أبعاد القيادة الموزعة لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية بمكة من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمشرفات، والكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات الاستجابات تعزى لمتغيري المسمى الوظيفي وسنوات الخبرة. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبق أسلوب المسح الشامل على مشرفات القيادة المدرسية ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمكة المكرمة البالغ عددهن (16) مشرفة، و(2982) معلمة، وجرى استخدام الاستبانة أداة للدراسة. أظهرت نتائجها توافر أبعاد القيادة الموزعة ككل بدرجة عالية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية بمكة المكرمة، وتوافر أبعاد القيادة الموزعة الأربعة بدرجة عالية، على التوالي: ثقافة المدرسة، ممارسات القيادة، الرسالة والرؤية والهدف، المسؤولية المشتركة، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة توافر بعد (الرسالة والرؤية والهدف) لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية بمكة المكرمة تعزى لاختلاف المسمى الوظيفي لصالح المعلمات، في حين لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة في باقي الأبعاد أو الدرجة الكلية. كذلك لم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق تعزى لاختلاف عدد سنوات الخبرة في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية. AB - This study aims to identify the degree of availability of distributed leadership dimensions among female secondary schools’ Principals in Makkah from the point of view of teachers and school leaderships’ supervisors, and to detect the existence of statistically significant differences between the averages of responses according to the variables of job title and years of experience, This study followed the descriptive survey approach and applied the complete surveying method among leaderships’ supervisors and secondary schools’ teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, a total of (16) leaderships’ supervisors, and (2982) teachers. The questionnaire was used as a study tool. The study reached that in general, the distributed leadership dimensions are highly available among female secondary schools’ principals in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The four dimensions of distributed leadership are highly available in the following order: school culture, leadership practices, vision, mission and aim, and shared responsibility. There are significant statistical differences between the averages’ responses of the study sample regarding the availability’s degree of one dimension (vision, mission and aim) among schools’ principals of secondary schools in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. These differences are referred to differences in the job title of schools’ teachers. Meanwhile, there are no significant statistical differences among other dimensions or overall score.
