AB - استهدف البحث الكشف عن الفروق بين الذكور والإناث في العوامل المؤثرة في الابتكارية بالبيئة المصرية باستخدام ما وراء التحليل. تم استخدام منهج ما وراء التحليل الإحصائي، وتطبيقه على عينة بلغت (55) بحثا منشورا في مجال الابتكارية بالبيئة المصرية، وتم تحليل البيانات الاحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 2). توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في العديد من المتغيرات المؤثرة الابتكارية مثل: الذكاء، المهارات الاجتماعية، برامج الكورت، وجهة الضبط، استراتيجيات العصف الذهني وتآلف الأشتات، استراتيجيات ما وراء المعرفة، استراتيجية بأورة الانتباه - الإبراز، أساليب التعلم التالية (البنائي - النشط - الذاتي - للإتقان)، الذكاء الوجداني، الألعاب التعليمية، والأنشطة المدرسية، حب الاستطلاع، المعلمين المبتكرين، طريقة حل المشكلات باستخدام مبادئ تريز، استخدام الخامات البيئية. AB - This research aimed to uncover the differences between males and females in the factors affecting innovation in the Egyptian environment using the meta-analysis, and a meta-statistical approach was used, and it was applied to a sample of 55 published research in the field of innovation in the Egyptian environment. The data were analyzed. Statistics using the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 2The results of the research found that there are differences between males and females in many influencing innovative variables such as: intelligence, social skills, Cort programs, the point of control, brainstorming strategies and dispersal harmony, metacognition strategies, attention-highlighting strategy, the following learning styles (Constructivist - self - for mastery), emotional intelligence, educational games, school activities, curiosity, innovative teachers, problem-solving method using TRESE principles, use of environmental materials.
