AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر ممارسة مهارات الإبداع الإداري من قبل القيادات الإدارية في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري، فرع العروب على بيئة العمل في الجامعة، والدور المحوري الذي تلعبه هذه الممارسات في تطوير البيئة التنظيمية، مما ينعكس إيجابا على تحسين أداء الموظفين في هذه المنظمة، وتعزيز الفرص أمامها لتحقيق التقدم في مواجهة المنظمات المنافسة لها وتقديم خدماتها بشكل مميز. لقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة بأعضاء الهيئة الإدارية والأكاديمية في جامعة فلسطين التقنية خضوري، فرع العروب، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثات بتطوير أداة الدراسة (اإلستبانة)، والتي تكونت من (35) فقرة، وقد استهدفت فئة الموظفين في هذه الجامعة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05P≥) للإبداع الإداري بأبعاده على تحقيق التطور في بيئة العمل بأبعادها مجتمعة. AB - The study aimed to identify the impact of the practice of administrative creativity skills by the administrative leaders at Palestine Technical University Kadoorie - Arroub Branch on the work environment at the university, and the pivotal role that these practices play in developing the organizational environment. which is reflected positively on improving the performance of employees in this organization and enhancing opportunities for it to achieve Progress in the face of competing organizations and provide their services in a distinctive way. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers developed the study tool questionnaire, which consisted of (35) paragraphs, and targeted administrative and faculty members in this university. The study found that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (P ≤ 0.05) of administrative creativity with its dimensions on work environment with its combined dimensions.
